Atlético Madrid is, after top club Real Madrid, the second highest ranked professional football club of the Capital Madrid, that is playing in the highest division of the Spanish system, La Liga / Primera Division. The full name of Atlético is Club Atlético de Madrid S.A.D. And was founded in 1903. Atlético play their home games in the Estadio Vicente Calderon, named after the former chairman of the club.
